Modern mankind has joined the general historical process called computerization. In contrast to industrial society, in which main thing was production of material goods, today’s post-industrial society information becomes activity (by we mean knowledge as about people, objects, facts, events), phenomena and processes, regardless their form representation that can be recorded on a tangible medium), this is computerization (hence term - society). Such shift emphasis caused, one hand, by fact humanity aware limited natural (natural) resources its habitat, other emergence global problems (for example, energy, environment), solution impossible with previous methods. Information becoming resource for development world community significantly affects industries spheres life: science, technology, social (cultural communication between education).
